Where to Find It

Requirements & Access

  • You must be signed in and a member of the workspace to access the chat feature.
  • Two permissions govern chat functionality in a workspace:
    • Preview messages – Ability to see conversations and chat history.
    • Send messages – Ability to post messages and initiate calls.
  • Collaborators without these permissions will not be able to see or send workspace chat messages.

Limits & Notes

  • File attachments adhere to the same size/type rules and storage limits as the rest of Fruitask Storage.
  • Blocking is done on a per-user basis and specifically applies to direct messages.
