Fruitask Whitelabeling

Make Fruitask look like *your* product — your brand name, your domain, and your public pages, with Fruitask branding removed.

Overview

Whitelabeling lets agencies, schools, and businesses present Fruitask under their own brand. You can rename the platform and its chat, publish public pages on your own domain, and remove Fruitask branding and ads — so your members and customers experience your brand, not ours.

Key capabilities

Brand identity

  • Custom product name — replace “Fruitask” with your brand across the interface.
  • Custom chat name — the chat feature can carry your own label.
  • Your logo, colors, and accents on the surfaces you publish.

Custom domains & public pages

Publish public experiences under your own domain, including:

  • Viewer pages (read-only shared tables)
  • Forms (data collection)
  • Cards (shareable record pages)
  • Booking pages (calendar self-scheduling)
  • Stores (the Ecommerce add-on)
  • FruitLink (link-in-bio pages)

A guided setup walks you through connecting a custom domain.

Remove Fruitask branding & ads

  • Remove “Powered by Fruitask” style branding from published pages.
  • Remove ads for a clean, professional presentation.

App distribution

Your branded experience works on web and mobile, including support for native app deep-linking so links open the right place.

Where to find it

Whitelabeling and branding controls live in Workspace settings and the relevant Launch/publish dialogs for each public surface. Plan and terms details are on the Whitelabel pricing and Whitelabel terms pages.

Requirements & access

  • Whitelabeling is a premium capability — available on higher plans (Team/Enterprise tier) and subject to the whitelabel terms.
  • Custom domains require you to own the domain and complete the domain-connection steps.
  • Removing branding/ads may be tied to your plan or an add-on.

Limits & notes

  • Whitelabeling changes the presentation; the underlying features behave the same.
  • Custom domain changes can take time to propagate after setup.

Tips

  • Set your brand name and chat name first, then publish your customer-facing pages so they inherit the branding.
  • Use a custom domain for booking, store, and link-in-bio pages to build trust with customers.
