Overview

Admins choose which activities earn points and set the value of each activity. Members accumulate points within that group, creating a transparent record of participation and a shared leaderboard.

Scores are independent between groups. A member can therefore have a different total and ranking in every group they join.

PR Points should support recognition and coaching. It should not be treated as the sole measure of employee performance or productivity.
2

Activity scoring

These are the default activities and values. Admins can change a value or disable an activity.

Send Workspace Message 1 ptsRate limited per session to prevent flooding.

3

Punctuality scoring

Online on Time compares the member's first qualifying virtual-office entry with the group's business hours and configured grace period.

On time

Before the start time or within the grace period.

5 pts

Late

After the grace period and before the business-day end.

2 pts

Overtime

After the configured business-day end.

1 pts

Example: For 9:00 AM–6:00 PM business hours with a 15-minute grace period, 9:10 AM is on time, 10:30 AM is late, and 7:00 PM is overtime.

Limits and thresholds

  1. 01

    Maximum threshold

Admins can cap points earned during a period. Set the threshold to 0 to disable the cap.

  2. 02

    Per-event deduplication

The same underlying event cannot receive credit twice.

  3. 03

    Activity rate limits

High-frequency actions use cooldowns or session limits.

  4. 04

    Disabled activities

An activity switched off by an admin is ignored by the scoring engine.

5

Score integrity

Points are validated and recorded on the server. Several controls keep the ledger useful and auditable.

Event deduplication

A stored event fingerprint prevents reconnects or repeated submissions from generating duplicate awards.

Session cooldowns

High-frequency actions can earn points only once during the configured cooldown window.

Daily presence cap

Online Frequently is awarded no more than once per calendar day.

Threshold enforcement

The current total is checked before each award when a maximum is enabled.

Server-side validation

Client actions cannot write directly to the points ledger.

Audit trail

Each award records its timestamp, activity type, subtype, and triggering event.

Scripted activity, bots, auto-clickers, or API abuse may lead to point correction, group removal, or account suspension.

6

Leaderboard and audit history

  • Rankings update as valid points are awarded.
  • Members can view the leaderboard for their group.
  • Admins can inspect each member’s activity breakdown and history.
  • Points cannot be transferred between users or groups.
